My client is a provider of high performance modular power components, enabling customers to efficiently convert and manage power from the wall plug to point-of-load. The main markets include enterprise and high performance computing, telecommunications and network infrastructure, industrial equipment and automation, vehicles and transportation and aerospace and defense electronics.
To strengthen the Sales Team my client is looking for an experienced :

Business Development Manager - Germany

Based in one of the Sales Centre Offices and reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager dotted line to Director Sales Channels EMEA, you will lead
the Technical Sales activities for expanding the sales to current and past customers (Direct and Indirect Channels) to enable the company's growth
objective. Your team will consist of Internal Sales, Telemarketing and Customer Service administrator, plus key personnel at the regional offices of our distribution channel partners.
The right candidate and his team will develop and deliver project registrations and design wins in line with MBO targets based on target revenue. You will be required, time to time, to visit new identified customers with TSE/FAE and to meet regularly at EMEA level with IS Team and attend to IS meetings in Europe or US.

Main Duties:

- To develop current and past target customer lists with your regional distribution partners
- To develop strategies and plans to expand sales to these customers by mapping new product offerings.
- To develop strategies and plans to find new customers by working on lead generation programs.
- To develope a driving world class lead closure process to increase lead to registration and registration to design win ratios.
- To lead by example with regular buddy calls to customers with channel partners and holding regular training and new product updates.
- To Set and lead the Monthly and Quarterly business reviews with channel partners and ensuring MBO's are met.
- To Visit and profile Direct and Channel accounts.
