The company is built up of 4 divisions and we are currently looking to recruit a dedicated consultant to work the contracts market within IC Software, working alongside the permanent division and current contracts team.

The recent upturn in the market has led to an increased demand for our services, resulting in the need to hire a recruitment consultant to support existing client relationships as well as developing new business within the software market. We have an established network and name in this area and seek the successful consultant to further enhance the work already done by the business within the embedded market place.

This is a career opportunity for someone to develop themselves in a specialist recruitment environment, with further ambition to lead a business and be responsible for other consultants, the growth of market across Europe and ultimately PnL responsibility.

We are open minded on background, but if you have previous contract recruitment experience and software knowledge it would be beneficial. You should have first-rate communication ability, be resourceful and determined, and demonstrate a strong desire for success.
