We are working with a premier Semiconductor company seeking a DFT (Design-for-Test Engineer) for their expanding SoC team in south west England.
The successful DFT Engineer will join a team of first-class silicon design engineers working on leading edge designs for telecommunications and Digital TV products. The successful candidate will own the complete DFT strategy, implementation and verification. This includes defining and implementing the DFT strategy for new products, verifying test features i.e. Scan, mbist, and implementing testbench components and generating ATPG/functional patterns.
Candidates must have several years experience in DFT, with strong hands-on experience of DFT techniques and tools for example Scan, Mbist, Fastscan, Tetramax etc. Experience of RTL design is also required, as debug experience using Verilog and C/C++. Candidate should have a good academic background, with impeccable analytical and communication skills.
