**DSP Algorithm Engineer**
Our ideal candidates will be experienced in defining and simulating communications algorithms. As a small team, we wish to recruit self-motivated people who enjoy the challenge of solving complex problems. Experience in digital implementation of DSP algorithms would be an advantage. Some of the DSP areas in which we are currently working include:
*Definition of modulation, equalisation and error correction schemes
*Simulation of performance of communications systems using Matlab
*Implementation of DSP communications algorithms in software and hardware
