This Data Architect vacancy is based in Linz (Austria) with my client who develops a wide range of apps for Health and fitness market. As a Data Architect, you will be working closely with the backend and the data engineering teams and working closely with different stakeholders to design and develop existing platforms.

What can you expect? Primary responsibilities will be in creating business systems for data migration between the backend and analytics team.

Eligible Data Architects will have a relevant degree such as Computer Science or similar and experience in most of the following;

1. 3 to 4 years hands-on experience and background within Software Engineering

2. Ability to understand and follow business needs and converting these to technical solutions

3. Experience using different databases and Hadoop clusters

4. Being enthusiastic about technology and have a wide range of different Tech stacks.

English is the spoken language on site but knowledge of German is highly desirable.
