IT Support Engineer
My rapidly expanding Client within the Self Driving Vehicle sector has an urgent requirement for an IT Support Engineer to provide internal technical support within the company. My client is a European leader within the Autonomous vehicle sector and they are developing software for self-driving vehicles. The IT Support Engineer role will encompass the Purchase and auditing of equipment, User account creation (through code), 1st and 2nd line IT Support, Office infrastructure support, User permissions and access control, Setup/troubleshooting and Learning basic security principles and applying them including training staff.
The skills and experience of the IT Support Engineer should include experience with Linux OS (use as a workstation), experience with Windows OS (use as a workstation), experience providing 1st/2nd line support including providing telephone support, experience with online office tools (i.e. google drive, office 365) and a 'hands on' approach to problem solving.
