Analog IC Layout Engineer - automotive radar
Analog IC Layout Engineer required by a market leading Semiconductor company in Austria Work in a growing, fast-paced and motivated international team as Analog IC Layout Engineer for Automotive Radar Products on the layout of Analog Mixed Signal IC's in an advanced CMOS process nodes and checking them using DRC, ERC, LVS. You will partially or fully own the chip layout which includes performing the tape out and checking the production masks for correctness, perform the tape out. You will further create the bonding diagram for embedding the IC into the package and contribute to establishing new CAD and physical design methodologies.
If you would like to apply you should have the following qualifications and experience:
A University or University of Applied Sciences degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or comparable at least +3 years experience in analog layout and/or Analog IC Design in a Cadence environment and a solid understanding of matching, noise, coupling, shielding and IR drop.
Experience in advanced CMOS technologies below 65 nm is beneficial to your application as well as experience with layout for high frequency IC's (automotive radar).
