Analog IC Systems Architect

A new position has arisen for an Analog IC Systems Architect to join a growing and successful company working in the area of automotive.
As IC system-architect, your responsibilities will include carrying technical feasibility studies for new ASICs or ASSP products for automotive applications. These applications can also include powertrain, sensors, drivers, LED lighting solutions and power management.
You will interface regularly with automotive customers to translate their automotive systems requirements into cost-effective integrated-circuit solutions.
The successful applicant will be industry degree qualified, have a minimum of 5 years experience in Analog/Mixed Signal design with a good understanding of CMOS and BCD semiconductor technology capabilities. Experience in automotive and/or sensor applications is an asset as well as Analog and/or Digital signal processing.
You have a creative mind and are not afraid to take on challenges under time-pressure. You are a flexible team-player who can swiftly cooperate and coordinate with multiple disciplines like applications, design engineering, test engineering, technology engineering, IP, Q&R, marketing. You have a high level of customer empathy along with good technical negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills in English are required. Some regular (worldwide) travel is involved in this role.
