Your key responsibilities will include managing the job postings, assisting with travel arrangements such as air-tickets and hotel accommodations, as well as assisting with the client contracts and answering and directing telephone calls.
The successful Office Administrator will have:
- At least 1-2 years' experience working in a commercial environment in an administrative capacity
- Good experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
