A superb opportunity for a Digital Physical Design Engineer to join a global technology giant with operations spanning the US, Europe and Asia, with products utilised across multiple industries.

For their Munich design centre, our client is looking for an experienced Digital Physical Design Engineer to join their team of 30 engineers developing high speed memory products, and eventually, progress into a technical lead role. Here you will be responsible for semicustom implementation, floorplanning, STA and timing closure, power / noise analysis (IR drop, x-talk), DRC / LVS methodology development and flow improvement.

As the successful candidate you will be a seasoned digital design engineer, with a solid understanding in semicustom design from synthesis to tapeout. You will be an expert in Synopsys ICC / Primetime or DesignCompiler, and have a good overall understanding of the complete ASIC design flow.

Fluent English language skills are essential, together with a Bachelor or Master degree in Electronic Engineering, or similar.
