An exciting opportunity has become available for a Principal Applications Engineer to be based in Northern Germany, you will be responsible for the applications strategy and applications management for all discrete devices within the emerging medium power segment, in addition you will also provide technical support for leading customers within automotive, industrial and consumer industries.


Other responsibilities will also include product road mapping and optimisation for power products, you will take lead for product requirements based on applications insights, translate customer requirements into reference designs and conduct product investigations.


The successful candidate will have a relevant degree in Electrical Engineering or other related discipline with a proven background in the following:


- Analogue hardware design.

- Discrete semiconductor components knowledge.

- Automotive experience.
