My client, an established network display connectivity company, is actively seeking several experienced embedded software engineers to join their development team in Cambridge.

Successful applicants will be designing, developing and improving the embedded software for their evolving range of network display ASICs. This is fantastic opportunity to join one of Cambridge's top software engineering teams writing programs targeted at embedded systems, primarily 32 bit processors.

Successful Senior Embedded Software Engineers must be degree qualified in a relevant subject area (2:1 minimum classification) and have over 3 years' worth of commercial experience working in the following;

  • Good understanding of full embedded software product life cycle
  • Solid C and C++ programming
  • Experience with embedded 32bit processors (ARM, ARC, Tensilica, MIPS)
  • Experience of communication protocols (USB, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, 802.11g/n/ac)

Any experience in the following is highly advantageous:

  • Embedded C++
  • Agile/SCUM Methodologies
  • Audio Systems
  • Python
