Graduate Software Engineer

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum

IC Resources is working with an innovative Energy related start up based in the Thames Valley area requiring a Graduate Software Engineer. The role will be working on an Embedded System but offers the opportunity to get involved with App development, Machine Learning and interfacing with high levels of the Software stack.

The role will be working on an ARM system in Embedded Linux coding in C++. The team is in a development stage and due project demand they are needing to bolster the software team to allow for company growth, this allows for a recent graduate to join an a exciting company at period of expansion.

The role will require adding features, improving and coding of an Embedded Linux IoT system as well as working on an IoT stack with server communication, controlling of the hardware and interfacing with App developers for Android and IOS.

The position requires strong academics around C++ Coding, knowledge on Embedded systems and ideally Embedded Linux (Yocto, builroot or alike would be useful) with any further knowledge on hardware through to App development being beneficial.
