Sales Director EMEA - Sensors - München

To enforce his team, a leading manufacturer of sensors is seeking an experienced Sales Manager based within Germany. You will be in charge of a sales team incl. inside sales. You shall be personally in charge of some key accounts and manage with international partners to achieve the company's goals.


  • Engineering degree in economics or equivalent (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)
  • Several years' experience in Sales Management
  • Strong understanding of sensors, market and products
  • Ideally knowledge in IT: IoT, Big Data, Industry 4.0
  • Fluent German & English language skills
  • Communication & negotiation skills, leadership


  • Management of the sales team
  • Budget: planning and achievement, implementation of actions
  • Analysis and coordination of Sales activities
  • Coordination and communication with technical departments

The position is ideal for an international sales manager, who wants to be an active and responsible part of the company.
