Analog IC Design Manager

Thames Valley Area

Currently looking for an experienced Analog IC Design Engineer to head up a new Analog IC Design team in the Thames Valley area of the UK. If you are either looking to make the step up to management or you are in management and would like a new challenge this could be a great opportunity.

The client are a well established design services company looking to build a team in the UK from scratch. As the leader of this team you will be essential to this growth and have a large influence over the team personal and team dynamics. The company have some large growth plans and one of your first tasks will be to hire a team of Analog IC Engineers to help achieve the current pipeline of projects.

As this will be a design services role, the ideal candidate will have experience in a range of different design disciplines such as ADC/DAC's, Power Management, Wireless Communication etc.

Alongside the opportunity to build, develop and coach your own team, the role is offering a very competitive salary and huge career prospects as the company look to grow the UK office.
