Analog Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer - eNVM

A Germany based start-up company developing embedded non-volatile (eNVM) memory solutions based on ferroelectrics for the IoT market is looking for an Analog Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer to join their team with focus on development of embedded non-volatile memory IP cores.
In your position as Analog Mixed Signal IC Designer you will be responsible for IC design, simulation, layout, verification and characterization of various circuit components of eNVM macros. You will support the team in defining specifications and integrating the designed components into the overall system.
As the successful Engineer you are industry degree qualified and have good experience in Analog Mixed Signal IC Designer in a Cadence environment, ideally in non-volatile memory design, concepts and operation. Programming skills in SKILL, TCL, Python are beneficial to your application and so is experience in Verilog, Verilog-AMS.
