A rare opportunity for a Silicon Design Lead in the UK has arisen, the role would involve working on multiple designs and projects from concept phase right through to production release. This is a unique opportunity to manage a silicon team, multiple projects and work on a wide variety of products and designs for one of the UK's fastest growing semiconductor businesses.

Ideally you will have worked on multiple successful projects/designs across the complete design flow, leading some of the projects yourself. The projects you will be working on will be advanced mixed signal designs, so you will have experience in both analog and digital designs, as well as an exposure to layout. Strong communication skills are required for both managing the team and projects internally as well as managing the customers' expectations and concepts.

Key Skills:

Silicon Design lead experience

Analog and digital design experience

Project Management experience

Ideally worked on projects from concept stage through to production release

Strong communication for both internal management and customer satisfaction

Some travel maybe required
