Magnetic Sensor Development Engineer

South Germany

Salary €80k to €100k###


An exciting opportunity has become available based in South Germany for a Magnetic Sensor Development Engineer. You will be joining an existing organisation at the forefront of magnetic sensor technologies and will be focusing on the design of sensors for motors, actuators and position sensing to enable automotive system electrification. You will also develop sensors for many other businesses including healthcare and consumer applications.


Some of the main responsibilities of the Magnetic Sensor Development Engineer will include sensor fabrication, Sensor testing, sensor calibration, sensor simulations and electrical modelling. Other aspects of the role also include supporting other engineering functions and feasibility and prototyping.


The successful candidate will have a good degree in electronics or physics with a proven background in the following:


- Magnetic systems (AMR, GMR and TMR).

- Thin film Technology.

- xMR Sensors
