RF/Analog IC Layout Engineer

Southern France

Salary depending on experience

A start up business in the South of France is looking for an RF/Analog IC Layout Engineer to support the team in the development of wireless IC solutions.

In this position you will be working directly with the IC Designers to create layouts for RFIC switches and FEMs in advanced semiconductor technologies for a variety of markets.

Your responsibilities include floorplanning, layout, top level verification (LVS, DRC, ERC) and top level LPE of IC's in a Cadence Virtuoso environment.

As the successful RF/Analog IC Layout Engineer you are industry degree qualified and have good experience in RF/Analog topics like capacitive and inductive coupling, matching and others as well as experience in analog and data conversion designs, small and large signal simulations, layout, verification as well as evaluation.

You should have an understanding of IC fabrication and how this impacts physical implementations and be familiar with digital processes like P&R, timing driven layout, clock tress synthesis as well as mixed signal integration of these blocks.

In addition skills in CMOS, Calibre, Assura, PVS, Skill, C, Perl, CAD and UNIX are beneficial to your application.
