Software Platform Engineer

Bristol

Top of the Market Salaries, Stock + Benefits

I am currently sourcing a Software Platform Engineer, anywhere from first class graduate to 20 years of commercial experience, for one of the world's most promising and well-funded AI chip start-ups. My client is building an AI-accelerator that far surpasses anything else in production. Their IPU (intelligent processor unit) follows CPUs and GPUs in the processor evolution, and this position you would include working on tools, libraries and drivers to target their hardware platform efficiently.

Eligible Software Platform Engineers will have excellent academics (A's at A-Level or Equivalent), a First Class BSc, MSc with Distinction or PhD, with solid foundations in;

  • Mathematics
  • C++ programming

  • The successful candidate could come from many different backgrounds, be it DSP, HPC or similar. If this sounds like you and you're keen to find out more then please apply and contact Christopher Wyatt, Specialist Consultant at IC Resources. Even if you are unsure that you fulfil all of the criteria, please still apply as there may be similar roles we can recommend.
