Technical Field Applications Engineer (FAE) - Embedded Modules - UK. Leading manufacturer of Embedded Boards and Modules is seeking a technical commercial support person to cover the UK. They will be offering design-in advice to Customers on the implementation of their embedded product range. Role can be managed from home provided you are within two hours of Gatwick.


You need:

  • Experience designing in components onto board level projects
  • Understanding of a module sell vs component sale
  • Can work from schematics or physical parts
  • Degree or equivalent in Electronic or Electrical engineering

Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison between customer, sales and factory
  • Develop solutions to customer design challenges in a timely manner
  • Support Sales process with Design-In and Technical Input for customers
  • Travel to visit customers as required across UK


A background as a component level FAE is of great interest to this manufacturer of embedded computing modules.
