This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Analog IC Design Manager to take responsibility for an Analog IC Design team of 20+ design engineers creating devices for the broad consumer electronics market.

In this role, you will be responsible for the development projects undertaken by your team, from design specification through to product release, ensuring technical compliance within agreed business timescales. In addition, you will have responsibility for your team from a person management perspective, ensuring their personal development satisfies their individual growth and business needs. As the manager, it is unlikely you will be actively involved in any transistor level design, but be expected to use your experience in this area reviewing, and developing, others.

To be successful, it is anticipated you will have a good understanding and foundation in analog IC design; the processes, methodologies and tools used in the creation of analog IC products, and the management capacity to review, coach and guide/develop your team to successful delivery of products.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a highly successful company and to manage a team of dedicated engineers within an exciting technology area.
