My client, a leading solutions company to the broadcast industry, is seeking an experienced software sales professional to join their expanding team in the South of the UK. This will be office-based but will require you to make client visits.

* Proven software sales experience in the broadcast or media industry.
* Demonstrable success in developing new business within the software market.
* Ability to understand signal processing solutions and translate technical aspects to customers.
* Strong communication skills and capability of operating at a decision-maker level.
* Valid UK driver's licence.

* Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities.
* Respond to new leads quickly and professionally in order to build a quality flow of opportunities.
* Maintain existing client accounts and continue to develop business within them.
* Product accurate forecasts and sales reports.
* Take a lead role in the company's marketing activities; representing the company at all times & raising awareness of the full product line.

This is open to a software sales professional with experience in the broadcast or media industries. You will be pro-active (a "hunter") and able to identify and develop new business whilst maintaining existing accounts.
