HR Advisor - Talent Acquisition
My client is looking for an experienced and dedicated colleague to join them as a HR Advisor, they work in an open and friendly environment. This role will focus on recruitment but will also involve many other aspects of HR. They are ideally looking for a candidate that is a minimum part-CIPD qualified with broad operational experience.
-Provide ongoing support, advice and guidance to managers relating to employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with policies, best practice and current employment legislation.
-Provide ongoing advice and support to managers on performance management in recognising high performance and tackling under-performers fairly and effectively.
-You will work to ensure that the best talent is recruited, retained and fully integrated.
-You will lead the employer brand awareness locally to help attract the best talent.
-Own the recruitment process from start to finish.
-Keep abreast of new local employment law legislation and how it applies to the company processes and policies.
-Update local HR policies as necessary to ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
-Participate in HR projects as required including: talent, performance management, engagement surveys etc.
-HR Recruitment Experience
-Excellent communication skills
-Knowledge of current UK employment law
-Part/Full CIPD qualified or equivalent experience in a HR environment.
-Excellent Administration skills
-Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office
