Internal Recruitment Consultant - Automotive

THE COMPANY

Our customer is a leader in the automotive supply space - they have offices in multiple locations.

THE ROLE

  • Sourcing: ensures sufficient inflow of potentially suitable candidates using the agreed sourcing channels and by building and maintaining a professional network.
  • Intake: identifies the customers' business needs and translates them into an agreed recruitment plan, aimed at the fulfillment of the needs within time, budget and quality constraints.
  • Recruiter selection: identifies suitable candidate(s) matching both the agreed business needs and candidate's ambitions and expectations.
  • Business selection: ensures the proposed candidate(s) are interviewed and evaluated by the business in line with the agreed recruitment plan, way-of working and related guidelines.
  • Administrative: take responsibility for the entire hiring process. From sourcing new candidates till job offer the candidate and onboard the new employee.
  • HR tasks: make sure administration and systems are up to date and take necessary action when needed (e.g. sickness absence, personnel files, time and attendance).

THE INDIVIDUAL

  • A degree on a BsC or MsC level.
  • At least 3-5 years recruitment experience, preferably within a corporate position. Candidates with relevant technical recruiting experience within a commercial Recruitment Agency, are also invited to apply.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Social Media, ATS systems, Recruitment Apps, etc.
  • Understand the customers' business and its needs, including the organizational setting of the vacancy.
  • Able to work in a dynamic, greenfield environment to meet demanding deadlines and timescales.
  • The ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload.
  • Service minded self-starter.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
