Graduate Digital ASIC Design Engineer

This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Digital ASIC Design Engineer to join an established design centre based in Edinburgh.

This is a great chance for an emerging Digital ASIC Design Engineer to develop his or skills in advanced chip design. You will embark on a training program with the aim of building your skills in all aspects of the digital design flow - RTL coding, design verification, synthesis and physical design implementation. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will learn 'on-the-job', making strong contributions to active projects, predominantly for advanced power control IC's for a broad range of applications including automotive and industrial.

Successful candidates will have:
*A Bachelors, Masters or PhD degree (or equivalent) in Electronics or a related field
*A very good knowledge of Digital Integrated Circuits and Systems, ideally with some hands-on project experience using VHDL / Verilog for RTL coding
*A strong sense of initiative with an innovative and creative approach to new designs and problem solving
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with in a team
