A leading manufacturer based in the UK is currently seeking a technical sales / field application engineer who is seeking more commercial responsibilities. They require someone with strong technical knowledge relevant to Embedded Components as well as the ability to communicate this knowledge to customers.


-Experienced engineer who is comfortable advising on technical issues and demonstrating/presenting new products
-Experience working within the embedded components market would be an advantage as well as design experience.
-Degree level qualification in Electronic Engineering or similar


-Drive and manage pre-sales activities to convert opportunities to design wins
-Organise pitch meetings to identify customer requirements and clearly demonstrate the companies credentials and differentiation in the embedded market
-Advise on technical issues and offer product support and design-in recommendations relating to embedded Components
-Travel to customer sites throughout England and engage with customers

You will be one of the key representatives within for this company in regards to their embedded range and you will work directly with both the company's sales teams and customers. They require someone who has strong technical knowledge as well as the ability to communicating this knowledge to a range of individuals.
