This is a great Technical Support Engineer opportunity with a future household name, where you will be the main interface between customers and the development team, ensuring user experience is the best it can be and customer requirements and needs are properly addressed. As part of your job you will build and maintain a trusted partnership with customers, by providing class-leading support for all parties involved.

You will perform technical product training for clients, and provide regular analysis of customer cases, trends and other key metrics to both internal and external stakeholders.

Eligible Technical Support Engineers will have a technical engineering degree, and post-academic commercial experience relevant to;

* Camera Systems

* Software Development

* Computer Vision
