EMEA Sales Director - Passive Components - UK.

My client is a key manufacturer offering class-leading solutions into the High Voltage Industrial markets. They are a smaller company seeking someone to join their senior management team as an EMEA Sales Director. You will be leading a multi-disciplinary team, of 16, across Europe and ensuring that the division pro-actively grows in revenue.

Requirements:
-Demonstrable ability to devise a sales strategy and vision
-Proven experience of delivering consistent solid growth with a pan-European and multi-disciplinary team
-Appreciation of the passive component sale in industry
-Degree or equivalent in electronics

Responsibilities:
-Quickly establish the sales strategy and vision for Europe
-Handle own prime accounts
-Full involvement in all related strategic, marketing, pricing and advertising functions
-Transform the sales strategy and pro-actively lead the team to perform year on year growth.

A presence at HQ in the UK will be required weekly as part of the remit is to drive and encourage the development, R&D, Quality and Production functions within the company. You will be pro-active and lead in a transformational role to drive continuous annual growth within the passives division.
