Sales Manager -IOT -Berlin, Germany. My client, a leading start-up in IOT Real Estate, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join them in their Berlin office. You will be responsible for sales in Germany, the UK, Nordics & Benelux.

Requirements:
*A good understanding of Real Estate sales and commercial experience in this area.
*Demonstrable success in sales in Germany and the UK - ability to initiate with an existing network of contacts.
*Extensive client-facing experience with the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
*Working to sales targets and regularly exceeding them.
*Travelling regularly to client sites in order to maintain solid relationships.
*Managing client accounts across a number of product portfolios and able to lead these through the sales cycle.
*Producing sales forecasts and commercial models.
*Identifying new business and developing current client accounts.

This is open to experienced software sales professional from the Real Estate industry who has a passion for tech and a want to develop in a rapidly expanding market - IOT (internet of things). This would suit someone who is passionate about smart home technology and who is seeking to develop their career further in this space whilst maintaining their Real Estate roots.
