Business Development Manager (BDM) - Connector Manufacturer

A leading manufacturer of Connectors is seeking a Business Development Manager to actively support the distribution network within the German market.

Your main task is finding new customers and developing existing projects.
This Business Development Manager role also includes close collaboration with the marketing team and the HQ in Japan, regular reporting, training, budget elaboration and follow-up.

Requirements:
-Sales experience, technical degree
- 5 years + experience ideally in the connector market
-Perfect German and fluent English
-very good presentation, organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities
-Interface between distributor and factory
-Customer visits & trainings
-Project coordination
-Reporting
