This is an opportunity for a Senior Digital ASIC / FPGA Design Engineer to join a global telecommunications company based on the outskirts of West London.

This company has a superb reputation developing state-of-the-art software, hardware and services for any type of network. They are looking for an experienced Digital ASIC/ FPGA Designer to join their team developing high performance computing and processors for the 21st century Internet.

We're looking for someone highly capable of architecting and implementing next generation ASICs / FPGAs for high performance internet routers, as well as programming, debugging, reviewing and modifying software for embedded systems.


The right candidate for this position will:

*Have an exceptional academic background, with a degree (1st class, or 2:1 minimum) from a leading University in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
*Several years' experience digital ASIC / FPGA design experience
*Solid VHDL / Verilog coding skills
*Be able to solve tricky problems, and get to grips with complex systems
*Thrive on being intellectually challenged and overcoming those challenges by working together with the team.
