Senior Algorithm Engineer
Salary £70k plus

Seeking an experienced Algorithm Engineer, who will be involved in the full lifecycle of Algorithm Development from design to implementation in C/C++.

My client is a global leader in the development of audio processors that end up in mobile phones and tablets.

Key responsibilities

-Design & development of new algorithms
-Acting as a project lead in key technical areas
-Improving existing software algorithms
-Input to DSP software

Required skills

-Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject
-Good mathematical ability using MATLAB/SIMULINK
-Design and simulation to prototyping and implementation on custom hardware
-Experience developing algorithms in C/C++ on Embedded platforms and DSP hardware
-Experience in several of the following:

-Active Noise Control
-Machine Learning
-Neural Networks
-Noise Suppression
-Speech Recognition
-Voice Authentication
-Echo Cancellation

The successful Senior Algorithm Engineer will likely have experience in the audio industry and the full lifecycle of Algorithm Development on Embedded platforms in C/C++.
