Good base salary + Excellent OTE

My client, a forward-thinking analytical software company, is seeking a European Sales Director to manage Europe. This role will be hands-on sales as well as developing the business, establishing distinct sales regions and managing and growing the team. Extensive European travel will be required.

*Degree educated or equivalent
*Fluent English + one other European Language
*Proven sales experience in SaaS (software as a services) with an understanding of the subscription sales model.
*Ability to work with partners, in collaboration, to make a sale.
*Understanding of logistics and supply chain.
*Proven ability to build business, and teams, across Europe.

*To drive sales across Europe - keeping in mind Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
*To form strong relationships with partners, and internal teams, to develop business.
*Understanding of SaaS metrics in order to maximise profitability.
*To define geographical sales regions and build a team to ensure further growth.

Open to a software sales professional, who is able to develop business in Europe and grow a team to maximise sales. This would suit a "hunter" profile who isn't afraid to seek new business in order to maintain the MRR sales structure.
