A leading consumer electronics organisation based in West London is urgently seeking to strengthen their future sourcing a strategy team. They are seeking a Technology Sensing and Sourcing Advisor who will be responsible for providing market knowledge on emerging technologies ( IoT, AI, Security, Convergence), ICT Trends and disruptive software technologies coupled with cultivating close relationships with capable start ups and academia.

Your background will include a degree in Computer Science (or similar) with a real hands on post graduate focus on technical software related projects. Your skills will include an in-depth understanding of current technology trends with some background monitoring emerging software technologies, presenting strategy insights and recommendations and for discovering and nurturing relevant start ups. Any exposure to working closely with academia and VC funded start ups would be a benefit.
