A leading manufacturer of connectors is seeking a Business Development Manager to actively support the automotive market within the German market.

Care of automotive customers, identifying and developing existing projects is your main task. Your role includes also close collaboration with the marketing team and the HQ in Japan.

Requirements:
-Sales experience, technical degree
- 5 years + experience ideally in the connector market
-Perfect German and fluent English
-very good presentation, organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities
-Interface between automotive customers and factory
-Customer visits & trainings
-Benchmarking and Market Analysis
-Project coordination
-Reporting
