Account Manager - Electronic Distributor
Home based in North West England

A major electronic distributor is looking for an experienced Account Manager who will have responsibility for the whole of the Northwest of England. This is a home/field based role which will require regular travel to customer locations within this region.

Requirements:

*Great communicator, Social intelligence, winning mentality.
*Previous direct sales experience
*Previous experience in Account Management.
*Sales experience in the Electronic board or component space
*Background in Electronics and/or Distribution.

Responsibilities:

*Identifying and converting a pipeline of new business opportunities in line with expected timescales and growth targets.
*Identifying and converting design of new projects and follow the designs into production.
*Identifying key competitor account opportunities and formulate plans to deliver and convert significant wins, ensuring maximum profitability from right product and services mix.
*Responsible for managing new agreement roll-outs, marketing plans and mobilisation support activity to rapidly convert the business opportunity with support of Marketing and the quote and technical functions.

This role is an opportunity to represent a major distributor of semiconductors and electronic components and you will play a key role collaborating with local engineers and customers in order to increase sales and build accounts.
