Sales Director (Solar) - Optical Inspection Equipment
Munich, Germany
€100-130k + bonus

My client manufactures optical inspection equipment and has a strong presence in the solar market. They're currently looking for a Sales Director to oversee a large commercial team from an office in Munich, but this position will have a large focus on South East Asia.

The role will require:

- A technical degree in automation, chemical engineering, computer science, physics or similar
- 8+ years of experience directly managing a sales team
- A background selling complex, high value products (ideally optical inspection equipment)
- A strong network in solar plants across South East Asia
- International sales experience
- The willingness to travel extensively
- Business fluent German and English
