Country Manager - SaaS
Competitive Base Salary + Double OTE + Share Options

My client, a leading software communications company, is seeking a Country Manager to take the reins in Germany, develop new business and hire a team across the region. This will be a hands-on role with plenty of reward and can be based anywhere in Germany.

*Degree educated or equivalent
*Native German + fluent English
*Proven sales experience in SaaS, IaaS or PaaS with strong relationships already in place to utilize.
*Track record of building and scaling sales teams; continually improving results through leadership.
*Ability to work with partners, in collaboration, to make a sale.

*Build and develop a sales team - ensuring their success across Germany.
*To form strong relationships with partners, and internal teams, to develop business.
*Understanding of SaaS metrics in order to maximise profitability.
*Lead new business and customer acquisition.
*Feed-back gaps in the product to product teams.

Open to a software sales professional who is able to scale teams and develop new business across Germany in order to maximise sales. You will be entrepreneurial, focused and hands-on - not afraid of getting stuck in!
