A new and exciting opportunity for a Principal Digital ASIC Design Engineer has opened up with our client in Bristol - this company is developing revolutionary sensor technology that is nothing short of remarkable.

The successful Principal Digital ASIC Design Engineer will join one of the smartest, most innovative teams in industry, and take responsibility for high performance signal processing architecture design, ASIC architecture specification and development, including custom digital and mixed-signal design, and developing the future technology roadmap.

The right candidate for this position will be an experienced, highly creative Digital Design expert with:
*Extensive hands-on experience developing complex digital ASICs / SoCs
*Hands-on experience taking products from concept through development and into volume production
*First rate skills in VHDL / Verilog coding
*Experience with ASIC design Verification tools
*Experience building and leading technical development teams from scratch
*Comfortable working in a rapidly changing start-up environment
*Some knowledge of Analog / specifying Mosfets would be useful, although not essential
