Role: Technical Customer Support Engineer
Salary: Up to £45k
Location: Berkshire

Key Skills:
Experience with 802.11ac products
Knowledge of LTE systems
Previous experience providing tier 3 support
Experience with Wireshark or iperf
You must have a valid international passport

My client is looking for an experienced tier 3 technical customer support engineer to join their expanding team in Berkshire that is working on high power wireless telecommunication technologies.

The ideal candidate will need to have experience in a similar role previously and have good working experience with 802.11ac products. The ideal candidate will need good knowledge of LTE systems as well as experience with either Wireshark or iperf. You will need to be self motivated and have the ability to present well and have a great customer facing approach. You must have an international passport and a valid driving licence to be considered for this role.
