Audio Algorithm Research Engineer - Cambridge

This opportunity would perfectly suit someone who has completed a PhD and have since had circa 3 years post-doc research experience in audio and machine learning related projects. Primary responsibilities are in the research of next generation sound recognition algorithms, which will be put to global commercial use by market-leading companies. My client is based in Cambridge, UK, can offer a competitive total package and most importantly, a diverse and challenging environment you can thrive in. Eligible Algorithm Research Engineers will be educated to PhD level in a relevant discipline such as Audio DSP (Digital Signal processing), Machine Learning and have experience with;

- Machine Learning algorithms such as DNN (Deep Neural Networks) and SVM (Support Vector Machines), applied to audio signals
- Audio inverse problems (audio inpainting, source separation, audio compression etc)
- Audio DSP (Digital Signal Processing)
- Algorithm prototyping
- C, C++ programming
- Linux/UniX
