Technical Leader - Analog/RF IC Design Engineer - BiCMOS - UK

A new opportunity has arisen for a highly successful company supplying the cellular industry. They have a new requirement for a Analog/RF IC Design technical leader to be based at their successful design centre North of London.

Working in a small but dedicated team you will be responsible for leading Analog and RF IC Designs for wireless communications and will be involved in designing, developing, modifying and evaluation of ICs for use in next generation mobile devices using Cadence tools. The Analog circuits will include bias blocks, logarithmic detectors and ESD cells. The successful applicant will be expected to be knowledgeable in RF IC design and ideally with experience in systems architecture. An understanding of WiFi is desired.

This is very much a key design role within the company and will require frequent interaction with the RF design teams cross sites. You will be an excellent communicator who has a proven history of delivering products onto market with familiarity with all stages of the product lifecycle and have the ability to generate clear technical presentations. Experience of BiCMOS (or a mix of CMOS and Bipolar) is essential for the position. Experience in SiGe would be ideal.
