Sales Manager - Software IOT
Cambridge, UK
Good base salary + excellent commission

My client, a leading software IOT company, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join them in their Cambridge office. This is an office-based role and will require regular UK, as well as international, travel.

Requirements:
*A technical understating of embedded software solution sales.
*Demonstrable success in B2B sales - preferably selling into consumer electronic OEMs.
*Extensive client-facing experience with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
*Multi-channel selling experience.
*Relevant technical degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
*Working to sales targets and regularly exceeding them.
*Travelling regularly to client sites in order to maintain solid relationships.
*Managing client accounts across a number of product portfolios and able to lead these through the sales cycle.
*Producing sales forecasts and commercial models.
*Identifying new business and developing current client accounts.

This is open to experienced software sales professional who understands the IOT market and can hit-the-ground running in an innovative smart-home company. This would suit someone who is passionate about smart home technology and who is seeking to develop their career further in this space whilst maintaining a technical acumen.
