Our client, an established financial company with a strong history in technology development is recruiting for a Principal Digital ASIC Design Engineer to join their brand new design centre in Bristol.

This is a rare, and hugely interesting opportunity from an engineering perspective, as our client is in the early stages of starting fabless silicon design activities. They are in the process of creating a new silicon design team to produce bespoke networking solutions; this team will be responsible for all development from architecture and specification through to design, flow development, test, and bring up of a finished product on a board.

The successful Digital ASIC Design Engineer will be responsible for playing a major role in the setup of this new design centre, and will be responsible for implementing the new design flow. It's a chance to be involved in a new group right from the beginning, which has a significant roadmap for the future.

The right candidate for this role will have an excellent academic record, significant experience in Digital ASIC Design and Verification, and a comprehensive understanding of the complete ASIC flow.
