Analog IC Design Lead - Image Sensors
Thames Valley, UK.
£££ Salary depending on experience

A successful multinational company working on the manufacture of Analog/Mixed Signal Integrated Circuits is currently looking to hire an Analog IC Design Lead to manage a team of around 6 Analog/Mixed Signal IC Designers designing blocks such as ADCs, Amplifiers and Op-Amps specifically for Image Sensors and managing the resources to meet committed project timescales.

The successful Analog IC Design Lead will be Masters or PhD qualified with a minimum of 10 years Analog IC Design experience. You will be able to demonstrable experience of technical leadership with a track record of delivering revenue generating products to market.

You will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of Analog IC Design with knowledge of switched capacitor techniques, low power ADC design and Analog modelling to improve system verification. Experience in Cadence & Mentor design tools is essential as well as device modelling experience (Verilog-AMS, System Verilog). Experience in ESD protection and Digital logic is a plus.

Excellent communications skills in English is required and the ability work well as part of a diverse team. Strong leadership characteristics are required including technical guidance and direction to more junior engineers.
