Junior Digital ASIC Design Engineer - wireless systems

This is a superb new opportunity for a Junior Digital ASIC Design Engineer to join the world's leading technology company in the field of wireless communications.

This role is suitable for a graduate, or engineer with some prior experience in industry with a strong background in digital ASIC / SoC design and prior project experience related to communications.

In this role you will work as part of an expanding digital design team focussed on the development of low power IoT solutions. This team is scheduled for huge future growth over the coming years. You will focus on RTL design, implementation and ASIC verification using the latest industry tools and methodologies. This company offers excellent on-the-job training and a very friendly, supportive working environment. Longer term, you will have the opportunity to own the own the design IP, and spend some time working abroad with design teams in the US.

Essential requirements include:

*A good University degree in Electronic Engineering / Computer Science or related field
*A good understanding of the fundamentals of digital design and verification
*VHDL / Verilog / SystemVerilog coding skills
*Project experience focussed on wireless communications
*A positive can-do attitude
