My client is an innovative IOT company that is creating smart applications and software. They are seeking a Business Development lead to join their London office to help build and scale a team. This is a hands-on role that requires a dynamic, self-motivated individual with proven
experience in IP/technology licensing.

Requirements:
*Extensive experience of winning business within the IP/technology licensing area.
*Ability to present business cases to technical audiences and senior stakeholders.
*Proven track record of driving new business and managing the sales cycle through to close.
*Degree qualified in a technical discipline or similar

Responsibilities:
*Building and scaling a strong, strategic team.
*Developing a clear strategic sales plan to ensure robust sales pipeline and realistic sales forecasting.
*Manage strong relationships with key customer partnerships.
*Maintain and develop own key accounts as well as identify new business - achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.

Open to a proven business development head with experience of IP/or technology licensing . This is a senior position but hands-on, and in the future you will be responsible for developing a strong team dependent on your results.
