Head of Sales and Business Development - IOT Health

My client is an innovative IOT company that is creating smart applications/software for health companies. They are seeking a Head of Sales and Business Development to join their London office to help build and scale a team.

*Extensive experience of developing and growing sales teams in the Software / Data / Platform as a Service model.
*Ability to present business cases to technical audiences and senior stakeholders.
*Proven track record of driving new business and managing the sales cycle through to close.
*Experience of the healthcare industry (biomedical, body signal monitoring, NHS)
*A master's degree /MBA in a relevant topic is a plus

*Building and scaling a strong, strategic team.
*Developing a clear strategic sales plan to ensure robust sales pipeline and realistic sales forecasting.
*Manage strong relationships with key customer partnerships.
*Maintain and develop own key accounts as well as identify new business - achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.

Open to an experienced sale's manager who has a proven track record in the software / data / services industry; preferably with healthcare experience. This is a senior position in which you will be responsible for developing a strong team and monitoring their sales results; as well as developing sales with key accounts yourself.
