Central European Sales Manager (Aerospace/ Military/Space/Defence Markets) - Germany

My client is a global company with the broadest offering of products and services in the industry and a single-source supplier for the components, services and technical expertise to design and manufacture products of highest quality standards.

To further strengthen their Europe presence they are looking to hire an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a good technical and Import/Export awareness to grow the existing active client base and gain market share.

This is a stand alone role and the right candidate will need to have:

*Experience of selling into Aerospace, Defence or Space markets
*Degree in electronics or relevant experience from within the electronics industry.
*Aware of component handling guide-lines on ESD
*Fluent in English, French & German
*Strong international sales experience selling both products and services
*Electronics background
*Ability to travel throughout Europe and occasional trips further afield
*Live in mainland Europe
*EU Import/ Export and ITAR awareness
*Knowledge of quality systems and procedures used in the electronics industry e.g AS9100
*PC literacy - Word, Excel, Outlook
*Personal attributes
*Logical thinker
*Good written and verbal communication skills
*Tenacity to overcome day to day issues.
*Team worker
*Able to work with minimum supervision
*Excellent planning and organising ability
*Be capable of motivating and influencing a mixed team of technical and non-technical staff.
